Gift Certificates are non transferable, non refundable and have other terms and conditions for their use. The State College Lisa Robin Spa is not responsible for expired, lost or stolen gift certificates and we encourage all our clients to use them as soon as possible. No Exceptions will be made to our gift certificate policies. Gift certificates that have expired may be extended for a fee of $25 per month after the expiration date or can be exchanged for a 1 month spa membership by simply mailing it to us with a return addressed stamped envelope. Once received we will mail you your spa membership.
